This short documentary captures the highlights of our journey across Europe, where we used sport as a powerful tool to support young athletes in planning their future careers beyond the playing field.
Through dynamic workshops and pilot events held in Hungary, Italy, Spain, Germany and Portugal, the SPORT4E project empowered athletes with skills in communication, career planning, and personal development. These sessions were led by youth workers, sports professionals, and former athletes, creating a safe space for reflection, growth, and exchange of best practices.
